Professor WANG Xiaozan, Doctoral Supervisor, and Dean of the College of Physical Education and Health at East China Normal University. She is a member of the 8th Physical Education Discipline Appraisal Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and a National Leading Talent in Teaching under the “Ten Thousand Talents Program.”
She has held numerous academic and professional positions, including Founding Secretary-General of the World Physical Education Alliance (WPEA), President of the International Chinese Society of Physical Activities and Health (ICSPAH), core member of the development and revision group for the National Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Basic Education (Ministry of Education), Vice Chair of the Physical Education and Health Branch of the Chinese Society of Education, member and Secretary of the Theoretical Group of the National Steering Committee for Physical Education in Higher Education (Ministry of Education), member and Secretary-General of the National Steering Committee for Health Education in Higher Education (Ministry of Education), member of the National Steering Committee for Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (Ministry of Education), and Vice Chair of the Early Childhood Physical Education Branch of the China Sports School Federation, among over 40 other academic roles.
