The registration fee covers:
Conference attendance, lunch, refreshments and Gala Dinner. The fee DOES NOT include participants’ travel and hotel expenses.
Notes:
To enjoy the early bird discount, registration with full payment must be received on or before 1 September 2026 (Tuesday).
For the following categories of participants, a copy of your identification document, i.e. Student Card or Staff Card, will be required for registration:
- EdUHK Students
- EdUHK Staff
- Non-EdUHK Students
Registration Process
You can register for the conference through the Online Registration System. If you have any problems with the online registration, please contact 2026sfshe@eduhk.hk. for further information.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at 2026sfshe@eduhk.hk on or before 1 September 2026 (Tuesday) to receive a 30% refund of the registration fee after deducting the bank’s handling charge. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
Payment Methods
- Online payment should be made through the EdUHK Qualtrics platform. Please note that Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay cards, WeChat Pay, AliPay, and AliPay HK are accepted in the online payment system.
- Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email of successful payment for reference. Payment status in the registration system will be updated after payment confirmation, which should take around five working days.
