Best Poster Presentation Awards
The Conference will recognise outstanding poster presentations through the Best Poster Presentation Awards, which are intended to highlight high-quality research and effective communication across the three conference themes.
Award Categories
Awards will be presented for both Chinese and English submissions:
- Chinese Abstracts: one award will be presented for each of the three conference themes
- English Abstracts: three awards will be presented within each of the three conference themes
Eligibility
- The applicant must be both the first author and the presenting author of an accepted poster presentation
- Each participant may enter one poster presentation for award consideration
- Presenters must be registered for the conference and present their work in person
Selection Process
- A shortlist of posters may be identified prior to the conference
- Final assessment will take place during the poster sessions by members of the review panel
Assessment Criteria
Posters will be evaluated on the basis of:
- Originality – clarity of the research question and contribution to the field
- Methodological rigour – appropriateness and quality of the design, methods and analysis
- Significance and impact – relevance and potential contribution to sport, health and education
- Clarity of presentation – organisation, visual quality and communication of key messages
Awards
- Awardees will be announced at the Conference Gala Dinner and at the Closing Ceremony
